The preparation of the page, Excel add-in and technical support are free and so are the updates. We will provide you with the html template to place on your website. Alternatively we can host the page on our CDN as well.
The use of the calculator on your website requires a yearly license fee. This license fee depends on the size of your company and the number of customers which are expected to use the calculator.
After we know what your requirements are, we will send you a quote how much your yearly license will cost. Preparation of the template and add-in usually take less than a week after approval of the quote.
When the quote is paid, your company page will be allowed by our servers and your customers can perform calculations on your website..
You can copy data from Excel or any other software and paste it into the spreadsheet table on the web page.
To identify the position of calibrators, samples controls and blanks in the plate, you can use the layout builder. Mouse select where to place the items and subsequently select the type. Serial dilutions can be automatically calculated for calibrators. The sofware will remember what plate layout was used in the last session, so retyping calibrator values with each analysis is not required.
You can enter custom calibrator values, but the easiest is to click the "Cals from layout" button. This will copy the average values of all the calibrator resutls from the raw data table based on the identification of the position of the calibrators.
Then the fit function can be selected, run ID can be added and finally by clicking submit, the curve fitting and results calculation will be performed.
Result graphs from the curve fitting and tables with resutls are shown.
Sample results are shown as individual results and as average concentrations. Curve fitting parameters as well as statistics of goodness of fit are also indicated. Concentration results are also shown in the original 96 well plate layout. Restuls can be printed and exported in HTML, CSV or PDF file formatas.
